Company Setup

Set once. These details auto-fill your quotes, terms, and payment-terms blocks.

Company Logo
Shown top-left on every quote document. PNG or JPG.
Company
Your legal identity and contact details — shown on every document header and footer.

Type a ZIP and the city and state fill themselves in. Anything you type over stays yours.

Company Roster
The one home for your people (Law 9). The Project Pricer’s Salesperson/Estimator picker reads active people with that role. Roles and active status change only through Edit → Save, and a permission change is confirmed. People are never deleted — deactivate instead; their id stays stamped on past quotes.
People (0)
No people yet. Add your first above.
Default Terms
Drive the auto-composed Payment Terms block. Enter numbers only (no % sign).

Annual rate auto-calculates from monthly × 12.

Lien
State-specific lien language. Review with counsel before relying on it.

Paste the lien notice wording your state requires. It is reproduced on customer documents exactly as entered.

Attorney review required. Lien notice wording is jurisdiction-specific and legally binding. Have counsel confirm this text before it appears on a customer document.

Process
Operational thresholds referenced in terms.
Fuel Prices
One price for each fuel, set once. Every machine's fuel cost per hour is its burn rate multiplied by the price for the fuel it burns — nobody types a fuel cost on a machine.

Every machine you have marked diesel re-prices from this the moment you save it. You will be told how many drafts that moves, how many quotes are already locked, and what it costs across a year — before it is written.

Fills itself with today when you change the price, and stays yours to change — you may read a price on Friday and enter it Monday. A price with no date is a number with no source, so it prices nothing until this is filled in.

Saved here or in Company Setup — it is the same figure either way.
Limits
What the field may commit on its own, before anyone has to call you.

The most a single change order may COST in resources before a foreman needs your say-so. At or under this, the foreman quotes the customer on the spot; over it, the change order is saved and held for the salesperson or boss. Either way it's priced the same, from that job's original bid. Leave blank for the $1,500 default — the price to the customer will be higher than this number, because this limits the cost of the work, not what it sells for.
